Do it once and do it right
A one off class for those with a specific goal in mind. Whether you are wanting to join group exercise classes, get back into sport or just make sure that your body is recovering properly, this class will help you manage your body safely during your fitness or life goals, whatever they may be. You also get the option to take home a personalised exercise modification list and note for your trainer to avoid some of those uncomfortable conversations.
Five concession classes for those returning to exercise postpartum who seek guidance around strength, mild diastasis and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Often popular with birthing couples, these classes provide important childbirth education around optimal baby positioning, birthing positions, discomfort (pain) management and birth care plans.
Long and Loaded
Ten concession classes for those who would like more extensive education and support or have more significant rehabilitation needs.
